Millstream Associates Limited, the organisation behind myTenders, was established in 1989 and is recognised as a market leader in the provision of public procurement services. Millstream is an official eSender of tender notices to the Office of Official Publications in Luxembourg and was part of the committee which established the electronic sending of tenders in the European Union. Millstream offers two core services assisting both buyers and suppliers with public procurement.

myTenders is one of the main business streams of Millstream Associates and has been in operation since 2002, with over 700 public sector organisations actively publishing both low and high value tenders. myTenders Pro technology is the system behind the national web portals that have been developed and operated by Millstream in Ireland, Norway and Scotland.

myTenders was initially established for purchasing authorities to create tender notices for submission to the OJEU. It has now grown into the portal it is today where authorities can create, publish and manage both OJEU and non-OJEU tenders.

Tenders Direct was established to source tender notices for suppliers interested in working with the public sector by scanning the OJEU and other sources on a daily basis. Tenders Direct is regarded as the most accurate and reliable service of its kind by using a unique categorisation process to filter the tenders, ensuring you only receive those notices specific to your area of business.
