Financial Thresholds The process of public procurement is governed by a number of European directives, which have been implemented in UK legislation. The European directives and the UK and Scottish regulations which implement the directives set out detailed procedures for the award of contracts whose value equals or exceeds specific thresholds. The thresholds are defined in Euro's and so the equivalent values in pounds sterling are updated every two years. Details of the thresholds applying are given here.

 

 

From 1 May 2002 the Office of Official Publications will only accept tender submissions that use one of the twelve standard forms. Make sure you have the latest version of the forms by downloading them from here.
